Return Eligibility

You can return items for the following reasons:

  • You’ve changed your mind.
  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Include all accessories and manuals.
  • Be unused and in sellable condition.

How to Initiate a Return

If you need to return an item, follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Receive Instructions: We’ll send you an email with instructions on how to return the item.

Return Process for Changed Mind

If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase:

  • You must request a return within 30 days of delivery.
  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Once we receive the item and confirm it meets our return criteria, we’ll process your refund.

Return Process for Defective Items

If your item is defective:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • We may ask for photos or additional information to assess the defect.
  • If approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the defective item.

Once we receive the defective item, we’ll inspect it and either issue a full refund or send a replacement.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your returned item.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Restocking Fees

For items returned due to a change of mind, there may be a restocking fee of up to 20%, depending on the condition of the returned product.

This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
